Sarah Austin

Sarah completed a school-based hospitality traineeship, which led to a further apprenticeship in a bakery.

The large, wholesale bakery provides high quality products to restaurants, caterers and special events organisers.

Sarah is highly proficient at baking and cake decorating and was appointed as a Young Tourism Leader in 2017.
