During Sarah’s senior years at school, she undertook a traineeship in hospitality and learnt how to serve customers, to make and plate desserts as well as hot and cold beverages and so much more.
She has a strong passion for all work in the hospitality field and has a dream to open her own dessert bar or Café. Sarah loves to travel and plans on spending about six months traveling and studying in parts of Europe, especially France and Germany to help expand her knowledge and understanding of food/ pastries and desserts from all over the world.

A mastermind when it comes to desserts and all things sweet, Sarah is currently an Apprentice Baker at Creative Crusts, a Wholesale Bakery division of the multi-award winning Uncle Bobs Bakery.
