Mac joined the Young Tourism Leaders program in 2017, while building his career in hotel management.

From a young age, Mac set his sights on becoming a hotel general manager and started in the industry as a trainee at age 15.

He is now climbing the ranks through management roles in hotels in Brisbane, the Gold Coast and New South Wales.
