Sean’s career in tourism has spanned many facets of the industry encompassing roles in food and beverage, front office, reservations, sales and guest services across a range of properties throughout Queensland. In 2016 Sean made the move to Revenue Management working with a prominent island resort property and now with 1834 Hotels, an independent hotel management company. Sean’s role focuses on recommending strategies to increase revenue generation, market performance and brand awareness of a portfolio of hotels, resorts and apartments across Australia.

Sean has completed the Queensland Tourism Industry Council (QTIC) Young Professionals Mentoring Program and has judged and mentored high school students undertaking QTIC’s Salute to Excellence Program.

With a Bachelor of Tourism Management, Certificate III in Hospitality Operations and a Certificate of Hotel Revenue Management, Sean has developed a diverse career in tourism and hospitality. He has a strong interest in working with young adults to help them develop an exciting career in an industry he is passionate about.
