Jessica has been involved in the tourism industry most of her life as she grew up working at her parent’s holiday parks in Sydney, Far North Queensland and The Kimberley Region.

Her diverse experience has covered many facets of the tourism industry including resorts, hotels, holiday parks, food and beverage and event management. Choosing to focus on holiday park management, Jessica is now the Director of Operations for the Noosa River Holiday Park where she oversees the park’s operations, sales and marketing, social media, events, staff recruitment and training as well as partnership development with local tourism operators and businesses.

Jessica guides and encourages her team to provide a uniquely Australian tourism experience to more than 98 000 guests annually, with 47% of those being international.

She has a strong focus on mentoring and training staff and was a finalist in the 2018 Caravan/Camping Future Leader Award.

Being raised in the tourism industry, Jessica attained an Associate Degree in Business with a major in International Tourism and has developed strong skills and experience in business, customer relations, information technology, leadership, management and marketing. She enjoys nurturing and mentoring her staff and promoting pathways to encourage young people to pursue tourism careers.
