Felicity discovered her passion for tourism when she undertook a variety of work placements while studying at university.

Felicity started as a volunteer at Fraser Coast Tourism and Events where, after a year of volunteering, she was then offered a paid role with the Visitor Information Centre. Felicity’s experience in regional tourism then led to her securing the role of Visitor Services Manager with Mackay Tourism.

In 2017, Felicity was selected to participate in the Queensland Tourism Industry Council’s Young Professionals Mentoring Program where she gained further insights into the tourism industry from senior professionals.

Felicity has now re-located to the Fraser Coast and moved into an exciting new role with Flight Centre in Maryborough. As a Travel Consultant, Felicity will plan and book travel to destinations across the globe.
