Christopher’s tourism career started as a porter at a 5-star hotel where he worked his way up to the role of Guest Services Manager at the Sheraton on the Park Sydney. He then moved on to diverse roles at The Westin Resort in Whistler, during the 2010 Winter Olympic Games, Sheraton Mirage Port Douglas, Sebel Quay West Brisbane and Crowne Plaza Gold Coast.
Christopher is now the Brand and Experience Manager – Tourism for Ingenia Communities Group where he is responsible for the integrated brand experiences across the customer journey for the Ingenia Holidays portfolio delivering revenue growth and commercial outcomes.
In recognition of his achievements, Christopher has won many awards, including the Outstanding Contribution of a Young Achiever in 2017 by the Caravan & Camping Industry Association of NSW and Ingenia’s Future Leader Award 2017.

With a Bachelor of Business in Tourism and an Associate Degree in Hotel Operations, Christopher has developed a successful global career working in a variety of management roles in guest services, front office, events and operations. He is motivated by seeing his team deliver authentic and genuine service that results in memorable moments for guests.
